Arizona's Ninth Annual Transition Conference, "Celebrate the Journey," will include an exciting venue of national speakers, state level experts, and active youth participation.  Also featured this year will be youth and young adult entertainment and a fabulous display of artwork. The conference will include sessions on Youth and Young Adult Empowerment, Career and Job Development, Family Voice, Community Partnerships, Accessing Community Resources, Secure Care, Legal Issues around Transition, and Assistive Technology.

Registration for Arizona's Ninth Annual Conference is now open and will close Friday, September 4, 2009.  Please note that there are key differences in the registration process this year:  

·        conference registration will be processed exclusively online (unless registering as a presenter, scholarship recipient, or vendor/exhibitor);

·        early, standard, and walk-in registration periods will significantly impact registration fees; and

·        registration fees cover all 3 days of the conference, as there will be no allowance for 1- or 2-day only registration.
